SERVICE AND SUPPORT
In accordance with our conditions and terms, any request for support or technical service is FREE even if you did not buy your item from Mobil Car Audio. Mobil Car Audio, guarantees its service and products with a return policy that is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. Here is how it works:
In the event that the item is damaged on arrival, Please call our Returns Department within 5 days of receipt of the damaged item: Mobil Car Audio will make its best efforts to replace the product immediately. Mobil Car Audio will replace the product by paying the shipping charge to the customer. We will issue a DAMAGE CLAIM PICKUP at no cost to you.
