Returns Policy Return Policy: No Returns after 30 Days from original Date Of Sale For warranty information after 30 days, please contact the manufacture directly. General Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MCA mobilcaraudio.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just email us and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out. Returning Products: A 20% restocking fee is subject to all returns. For a return or replacement of your product, excluding shipping and handling charge, we request that you contact our customer service department by email for a Return Authorization number (RA). If being returned within 30 days of original sale date, the product must be returned unopened and not used , at your expense, including documentation, original packaging in same condition and all parts. No returns will be allowed if product packaging is missing or torn or if the product has been opened. Note: Restocking charges apply to product returns made within 30 days. Beyond 30 days, product returns will not be accepted. Products damaged through negligence or in shipment will void the warranty and will be returned without replacement at the customer's expense. Returned products must be received within 14 days from the issuance of the RA (Return Authorization) number. On returns to our factory, no credit will be allowed for items damaged in transit or shipped to us in error. All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment. Special order only: no returns on spacial order products. Through out our website you will see products listed as special order only. Please note that any product listed as special order only can not be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions regarding special order products please contact us prior to ordering. Summery: Please note that the following items may not be returned: Discontinued items, Special Order items, and Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns, Items not purchased from Mobil Car Audio. Open units, units which require re-boxing, or units in an unsuitable resale condition Items which have undergone revisions w/out being assigned a new part # by the manufacturer All returns must have the complete Return Authorization # (RA#) prominently displayed on the shipping label in order to be received into our warehouse. If the RA# is not visible, your shipment will be refused. DO NOT place shipping labels or write RA#'s on the outside of the manufacturer's boxes, as products must be in a resalable condition in order for you to receive credit. Re-box all returns in appropriate shipping cartons. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product. All returns within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Mobile Video Authority reserves the right to require the purchaser to return the defective goods directly to the manufacturer for replacement.
